In 2015, our family moved from Snohomish, Washington to Cody, Wyoming so our boys Nathan (14) and Nicky (12) could grow up in a smaller community. Our youngest son, Nicky, has Autism and we felt he would thrive in the smaller community where people would know and watch out for him. On a whim, we looked at a house for sale on the outskirts of Cody. The house needed work and was way too big for us, but we fell in love with the beautiful 13 acres and incredible views of Cody and surrounding territory. After imagining the possibility that the property could be shared with others, we came up with the idea of creating a campground. Buffalo Bluff RV Park was born!
It’s a family run RV park campground, so you’ll see Nicky driving around in the golf cart and Nathan manning the office. Don’t be surprised if Nicky stops by to say “hi” and tell you about his adventures around Cody. He may even try to sell you some fresh eggs while he’s doing chores around the park. Our family absolutely loves living in Cody, Wyoming and enjoying all the outdoor activities and sightseeing in the area. We are sure you will, too!
